Fusion Glazing System came to the rescue during the conversion of an old Victorian water tower featured on 100th episode of Grand Designs.
Owners Leigh Osborne and Graham Voce bought the Grade II listed building, turning it from a crumbling ruin into a spectacular family home.
The converted Victorian water tower, on the site of the former Lambeth workhouse in Kennington, south London, has been feautured on Grand Designs, and is known to be one of Kevin McLeod’s favorite episodes.
Fusion Glazing Systems, working closely with ACR Architects, was heavily involved in the planning of this project as the schedules given were very tight. Fusion Glazing Systems supplied and installed one of the largest sets of PanoramAH! Minimalist sliding doors in the UK. , nine floors of Schuco curtain walling glass linking the lift shaft with the old tower, bespoke glass balustrades, Schuco windows and front door, and fixed bespoke frameless shower screens.
